Software Engineer

Software Engineer role focused on building secure, enterprise-grade, agentic AI driven legal workflow systems.

What you'll do

• Oversee design, development, and deployment of complex software systems.
• Define and implement robust software architectures and strategic technical decisions.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers to support continuous learning.
• Partner with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prefer a masters degree.
• Have extensive hands-on software development experience leading complex projects and engineering teams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in distributed systems, cloud computing, backend architecture, and modern languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Be able to handle scalability, performance, and system design challenges in large-scale environments.
• Show proven ability to lead teams and drive engineering excellence through leadership and communication.
