Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer providing technical leadership across multiple teams, shaping architecture and engineering strategy for high-priority business-critical problems at scale.

What you'll do

• Define and drive technical vision and architecture across multiple teams and domains.
• Architect and guide scalable backend services using C#, .NET Core, and Python.
• Set frontend architecture direction using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Shape cloud architecture across Azure and AWS, including scalability, resilience, security, and cost optimisation.
• Improve CI/CD, automated testing, observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.
• Lead complex cross-team technical initiatives and resolve ambiguity to maintain architectural consistency.
• Mentor senior engineers and represent engineering in senior/executive forums.

What you'll need

• More than 7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise designing and building scalable backend services using .NET and setting architectural direction across multiple teams.
• Expert knowledge of React.js, including advanced state management and performance optimisation.
• Expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including secure multi-tenant production environments.
• Deep understanding of full-stack security (authentication, authorisation, API security, threat modelling) with security-by-design practices.
• Extensive experience with distributed systems (microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures).
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure or AWS services and cloud architecture.
