Software Engineer (Back-end)

Overview

You will build foundational services for Autodesk’s Identity Access Management Platform, helping manage authentication, authorization, profiles, and entitlements for Autodesk customers and third-party developers.

What you'll do

• Work as part of a self-organized agile team that builds, owns, and runs a web application and cloud service.
• Contribute to cloud service development across front-end, backend, DevOps, and quality.
• Assist service operations including monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving multiple system components.
• Translate requirements with senior engineers, architects, and product owners into implementations.
• Support continuous improvement across scalability, reliability, usability, and security.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of basic computer programming principles.
• Experience in Go, Java, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of software design and architectural patterns and cloud design paradigms.
• Ability to write maintainable, reusable code and build high-performance, high-availability internet-scale services.
