Software Engineer (C++)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting high-frequency automated trading systems and related technology.

What you'll do

• Design and implement automated trading systems operating across multiple exchanges.
• Build live reporting and administration tools.
• Optimize system performance and reduce latency.
• Research algorithms and apply performance-focused tools and techniques.
• Own modules end to end, including design, development, deployment, and support.
• Participate in regular hiring and occasional campus recruitment.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience with C/C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Experience in the HFT industry.
• Expertise in algorithms and data structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Linux systems.
• A degree in Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Understanding of TCP/IP and Ethernet.
• Knowledge of another programming language such as Java, Scala, Python, Bash, or Lisp.
• Familiarity with parallel programming models and algorithms.
• Experience with big data environments such as Hadoop or Spark.
