Overview

The Software Engineer, Enterprise Integration role designs, develops, supports and troubleshoots EDI integrations using Seeburger, while collaborating with trading partners, ERP, business and supply chain teams.

What you'll do

Design, develop and support EDI integrations using Seeburger.
Build and maintain EDI mappings using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
Integrate EDI transactions with APIs and databases.
Configure and manage trading partner connections using AS2, SFTP and FTP.
Monitor EDI workflows and troubleshoot failures.
Perform onboarding of new trading partners and document mappings.
Support the production EDI environment and resolve incidents.
Collaborate with ERP like SAP and Mainframe, business and supply chain teams.
Ensure compliance with EDI standards and partner requirements.

What you'll need

Strong experience in EDI development and integration.
Hands-on experience with the Seeburger platform.
Experience with EDI standards: ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
EDI mapping and transformation experience.
Experience with communication protocols: AS2, SFTP and FTP.
Experience integrating EDI with ERP or business systems.
SQL and database integration experience.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication with trading partners and business teams.
Ability to work in cross-functional environments.
Attention to detail in data and mapping specifications.

Nice to have

Experience with REST or API-based integrations alongside EDI.
Experience with JSON/XML ↔ EDI transformations.
Knowledge of supply chain EDI transactions: 850 (PO), 810 (Invoice), 856 (ASN) and 997 (Ack).
Experience with cloud or hybrid integration architectures.
Exposure to DevOps.
Experience with ERP integrations (SAP / Mainframe).
Experience with EDI + API hybrid architectures.
Seeburger certification or equivalent.
Experience in logistics, retail or B2B EDI.
