Software Engineer, Mobile Application Development

Overview

Software Engineer (Mobile) building and scaling Jetpac’s Android and iOS apps using React Native, with AI-assisted/agent-based workflows.

What you'll do

• Build and ship Android and iOS features using React Native.
• Own features end-to-end from problem understanding through build, test, release, and iteration.
• Use AI-assisted and agent-based workflows across coding, debugging, testing, and code review.
• Partner with Product and Design to deliver polished mobile experiences.
• Write and maintain automated tests and use AI-assisted testing workflows.
• Improve app performance, reliability, and UX by identifying and resolving issues.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of professional mobile software development experience.
• Strong experience building production React Native applications.
• Experience shipping and maintaining both Android and iOS applications.
• Experience with mobile APIs, state management, navigation, and native device capabilities.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance, debugging, and automated testing.
• Comfort with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD and modern development workflows.
