Software Engineer - Sr. Consultant Level (7+, SDET)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer / Sr. Consultant Level (SDET) to build and maintain highly scalable, high-availability microservices in financial domains.

What you'll do

• Lead the squad to successful technical outcomes with engineering decisions across design, reliability, and observability.
• Contribute high-quality technical solutions and help deliver features via continuous delivery.
• Enable other engineers to improve coding standards and best practices for non-functional requirements.
• Participate in product planning and technical/product discussions to shape squad vision.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other engineers.
• Collaborate across teams to tackle complex and ambiguous problems.

What you'll need

• 8+ years relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 11+ years without the degree condition.
• Preferred 3+ years Go (Golang) in production environments.
• Preferred 2+ years AWS Cloud experience.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with API, contract, integration, and service testing for distributed microservices.
• Experience designing and executing performance, load, chaos, and resilience testing.
• Experience using production signals (incidents, logs, alerts, defects) to improve quality and safeguards.
