Job description
Overview
Software Engineering Lead role focused on leading large, multifunctional development activities and solving complex technical problems for highly resilient and scalable applications.
What you'll do
- Interface with technical teams to finalize detailed software design for resilient, scalable applications.
- Mentor software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
- Serve as the acknowledged go-to person for coding and technical issues.
- Occasionally engage with Tier 1 financial institution customers for technical workshops or brainstorming.
What you'll need
- Have 10+ years of Software Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (Angular).
- Deep knowledge of architectural principles.
- Solid understanding of frontend-backend integration, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with data storage systems (Oracle/SQL Server) and cloud data lakes/BigData/LakeHouse.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and services in Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider.
