Overview

Senior .NET application developer to build new .NET solutions and maintain existing ones within a globally dispersed Scrum/Agile team at Fluke, part of Fortive.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain .NET applications working within a team.
• Understand and promote Scrum/Agile.
• Work quickly to implement features with a focus on quality code.
• Provide technical guidance for more junior developers.
• Support QA and deployment efforts.
• Work effectively in a globally dispersed team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• Good academic records with more than 60% marks and no gaps.
• 7 or more years of application development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and VS 2017, 2022.
• Proficiency in Entity Framework (Database-first, Code-first) and LINQ queries (SQL and extension methods).
• Proficiency in SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, indexes, and SSIS.
• Proficiency in MVC 6/ASP.NET, JS/JQuery/relevant JS MVC libraries, WCF, Web API, multi-tier architecture, and arbitrary third-party APIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft unit tests or NUnit and reporting utilities; GitHub Copilot and Claude.
• Experience working across UI, service layers, and backend technologies to create server-driven native and web based solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of web-service/data-driven application architecture.
• Extensive experience working with coded and automated unit tests.
• Experience understanding and creating data models, querying data using stored procedures, views and entity framework.
• AI expertise with .NET code generation.
