Overview
Senior Manager in Intelligent Automation leadership within Takeda’s Innovation Capability Solution (ICS) center, responsible for guiding a local chapter and ensuring delivery, collaboration, and talent development.
What you'll do
- Align with Global Subchapter/Chapter Leads and Local Leads to run projects and manage team workload.
- Monitor initiative implementation, team participation, and skill/capability development against organizational demand.
- Translate developments and new programs into global or local development plans and track team progression.
- Lead problem-solving for complex digital and IT issues across regions using custom development tech stacks.
- Provide team leadership, including agile and efficient delivery to meet chapter demands.
- Coordinate resource allocation for India-based teams and support recruiting and onboarding with HR.
- Assist in developing and implementing local initiatives that align with global goals.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience developing on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expert experience building automations using Power Apps and Power Automate Desktop.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills to present ideas clearly.
- Ability to be located onsite within the center in Bangalore/Bengaluru.
