Overview
Provide operational and technical support for enterprise Engineering platforms and applications, including Autodesk, Bentley and other AEC tools. Help maintain application availability, security, performance and service continuity while supporting incidents, changes, automation and service improvements.
What you'll do
- Support application availability, licensing, monitoring, performance and capacity planning.
- Coordinate patching, upgrades, releases, vulnerability remediation and lifecycle maintenance.
- Resolve escalated incidents and support major incident recovery, root cause analysis and problem management.
- Support application reviews, service onboarding, transition readiness and environment management.
- Improve access governance, security hardening, compliance and operational risk reduction.
- Develop software packaging, deployments, automation, scripts, dashboards and workflow improvements.
- Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, technical documentation and operational procedures.
What you'll need
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years supporting enterprise applications, Engineering applications or technical operations.
- At least 2 years supporting Engineering Applications such as Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, Bluebeam or Adobe.
- Experience with cloud, SaaS, server, database, virtualization and virtual desktop technologies.
- Working knowledge of security, SSO, access management, vulnerability remediation and configuration management.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and service improvement.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Python, APIs or similar automation tools.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, software packaging and Engineering Application deployment.
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Security, Automation, ITIL, Autodesk or Bentley certifications.
- Awareness of AI-enabled technologies for automation, monitoring, reporting or service delivery.
