What you'll do

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of business intelligence architecture that supports organizational data and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements, ensuring alignment with BI solution capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate BI tools and technologies based on business use cases and technical fit.
• Create and maintain scalable data models and robust data architecture to support reporting and analytics.
• Design and implement ETL processes for efficient and reliable data integration across systems.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BI developers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and data governance best practices throughout the BI lifecycle.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics.
• Master's degree in Data Science.
• Skills in Account Maintenance, Banking Capital Markets, Cash Application, Loan Servicing, Personal Banking, Retail Banking, Risk Management, and Wealth Management.
• English language proficiency at Proficient - C2 level.

Nice to have

• Certified Data Management Professional - Riversand certification.
• IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere IIS DataStage Enterprise Edition v7.5 certification.
• Informatica Certified Administrator certification.
