Solution Architect - Enterprise AI

Overview

Solution Architect for Enterprise AI to design scalable, secure, business-ready AI solutions (including GenAI) for Manufacturing and MedTech, plus Commercial and Procurement.

What you'll do

• Design enterprise AI and GenAI solution architecture and reusable design patterns.
• Create AI solution blueprints, reference architectures, and integration approaches.
• Translate business opportunities into AI-enabled capabilities like assistants, automation, and decision support.
• Define integrations connecting AI solutions with ERP, CRM, procurement, manufacturing, data, analytics, and collaboration platforms.
• Provide AI architecture leadership across the delivery lifecycle with design assurance and governance.
• Lead architecture reviews, risk assessments, and documentation like decision logs and risk registers.
• Design “coach on the shoulder” experiences and embedded AI assistant/user guidance workflows.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and enterprise applications/data/AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience designing Enterprise AI/GenAI, intelligent automation, analytics, and workflow augmentation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing and MedTech domains, including regulated processes and compliance-aware delivery.
• Proven experience designing integrations across enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/procurement/manufacturing/cloud/middleware/SaaS/collaboration).
• Experience supporting the full IT project lifecycle from opportunity shaping through transition to support.
• Core competencies in enterprise AI/GenAI architecture, integration patterns, and responsible AI controls.
