Solution Architect for Finance and Accounting (F&A) at Genpact, supporting the design and implementation of architecture solutions for financial systems and processes.

What you'll do

• Support the design and implementation of architecture solutions for financial systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Analyze financial data and workflows to identify areas for improvement and contribute to solution development.
• Assist in developing financial models and tools that support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial solutions into broader business processes.
• Evaluate financial software and tools, and support recommendations to enhance reporting, analysis, and system efficiency.
• Provide user support and training on financial systems and tools, ensuring effective adoption and usage.
• Stay informed about industry trends, financial technologies, and data analytics practices to support innovation and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Masters in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
• Certifications: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Required skills: Commercial Modeling, Critical Thinking, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Finance, Forecasting, People Leadership, Strategic Advisory.
• English language proficiency: Proficient, C2 (Required).
