Solution Engineer

Overview

Join Twilio’s APJ Communications team as a Solutions Engineer, helping customers design and build customer engagement experiences using communications, AI, and experience design.

What you'll do

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges and goals.
• Translate customer requirements into future-state architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Deliver tailored software demonstrations and presentations.
• Develop proofs of concept for customer audiences.
• Address technical objections and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
• Partner with Account Executives to support deal closures.

What you'll need

• Understanding of cloud computing.
• Understanding of communications platform as a service (cPaaS).
• Understanding of artificial intelligence.
• Exceptional public-speaking skills.
• Strong storytelling, interpersonal, and consensus-building abilities.
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn new technologies.

Details

• Remote-based role in Singapore, Australia, or Japan.
• Approximately 35% travel is anticipated.
• Occasional in-person team gatherings, functional off-sites, or customer meetings may be required.
