Solution Engineer

Overview

Solution Engineer serving as the technical bridge between Sales, customers, and Product/Engineering teams. The role covers pre-sales consulting, post-sales deployment and support, integrations, troubleshooting, and product adoption for an advertising platform.

What you'll do

• Provide technical consultation during advertiser and partner onboarding.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, data ingestion, and integration issues.
• Support integrations with advertiser systems, data partners, attribution providers, and measurement vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance and system metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Document product issues, technical implementations, and best practices.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
• Experience using logs, dashboards, or analytics tools for monitoring and debugging.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AdTech, MarTech, data-driven, or real-time systems.
• Understanding of programmatic advertising or DSP ecosystems.
• Familiarity with attribution, audience targeting, or data onboarding workflows.
• Exposure to mobile apps, SDK integrations, or tracking implementations.
