Solutions Engineer II

Overview

Develop and maintain ServiceNow Portal solutions for the MyDisneyToday internal platform. Translate business requirements into scalable, accessible, user-centric applications.

What you'll do

• Design ServiceNow Portal experiences for end users.
• Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, including Employee Center Pro applications.
• Plan technical and operational models against system and business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical architects and engineering leads on cross-platform alignment.
• Assess design decisions across interconnected systems.
• Drive UI/UX decisions that meet accessibility standards.
• Maintain ServiceNow and web-based user-experience expertise.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of software engineering or development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Portal technologies and Employee Center Pro.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, REST, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of ITIL v3 or later and ITSM best practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a stated technology or engineering field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple platforms and integrations.
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications.
• Additional training in agile, product management, or software engineering.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
