Solution Engineer

Overview

As a Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with sales and product development to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of the UEM solution.

What you'll do

• Engage with potential clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Perform needs analysis to align the product with customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations showcasing features and benefits.
• Customize demos to address specific customer requirements and pain points.
• Provide technical expertise during the sales process in a presales capacity.
• Develop and enhance sales collateral and presentations with marketing.
• Collect and share customer feedback with the product development team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional pre-sales experience in technical sales or a similar SaaS customer-facing role.
• Proven experience in presales/technical sales in the SaaS industry.
• Strong technical acumen to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the MDM/UEM domain.
