Solution Engineer ( Level 2)

Overview

Solution Engineer (Level 2) who acts as an expert for sub-solutions/technologies and designs validated electronic solutions for customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Serve as the go-to expert for sub-solutions such as Motor Control, Power Supply, Machine Vision, Security, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with solution architects to create technical collateral like application briefs and solution guides.
• Design and validate electronic solutions addressing customer design challenges and application requirements.
• Provide detailed technical input to ensure published materials are accurate, complete, and relevant.
• Work with engineering teams, technology experts, and suppliers to integrate components and solutions.
• Deliver technical training and support external webinars, workshops, and customer presentations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience designing electronic circuits, systems, or embedded solutions for real-world applications.
• Expertise in at least one key technology area such as power electronics, embedded systems, connectivity, sensors, signal processing, or AI at the edge.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical design solutions and reference architectures.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
