Solutions Architect

Overview

Solutions Architect to design and govern end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions across Sales, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations for APAC markets.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture (functional and technical) for Sales, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations.
• Shape solutions through requirement workshops, estimations, solution design, and delivery.
• Define and govern integration architecture and data flows for scalable, secure connectivity.
• Oversee controlled, compliant, and risk-mitigated changes across environments under governance frameworks.
• Evaluate project constraints to optimize architecture, mitigate risks, and support process re-engineering for project delivery models.
• Provide architecture governance and technical leadership across the lifecycle, including design reviews and test strategy.

What you'll need

• 15+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM or similar product implementation.
• 12+ years’ practical experience in D365 Finance & Operations, Project Operations, and Customer Engagement.
• D365 certification: “D365 F&O Solution Architect” or “Functional Consultant Associate” (mandatory).
• Experience supporting system integration using Logic App, Boomi, Snaplogic, or other middleware.
• Experience delivering using Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/DevOps using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ITSM toolsets such as ServiceNow.
