Solutions Design Specialist

Overview

Design eCOA solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology client studies by translating clinical protocols and sponsor requirements into accurate, study-specific specifications.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the overall Solutions Design Process for client studies.
• Review clinical trial protocols and define study-specific eCOA designs.
• Gather sponsor requirements and recommend suitable design components.
• Create and maintain design specifications across data capture, delivery, and database structures.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Data Management, Product, and CSTL teams.
• Present solution designs at internal and external milestone meetings.
• Support scoping, change control, testing, documentation, and study tracking.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trials or an equivalent role.
• Ability to interpret protocols, questionnaires, and data models.
• Experience translating client requirements into design specifications.
• Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes and clinical research standards.
• Fluent written and verbal English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Degree in a science or healthcare-related field.
• Experience with technical documentation tools.
