Solutions Engineer

Overview

Solutions Engineer providing consultative, technical presales support to help customers solve identity security challenges and achieve business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Influence decisions through presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Guide customers through their buying journey aligned to strategic priorities.
• Demonstrate business value during POCs by solving customer business problems.
• Drive expansion and adoption via quarterly technical reviews and champion development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the customer journey.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the BeyondTrust portfolio, partner ecosystem, and competition.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer in an Identity Security related field.
• Understanding of concepts and technologies in Identity, IT operations, security and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience aligning capabilities to meet customer desired outcomes in large enterprise companies.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with geographically dispersed colleagues and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or related field.
• Ability to travel as needed, including domestic and international travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PAM.
• Experience with BeyondTrust products or similar security solutions.
