Overview

Solutions Engineer for Grafana’s Commercial Solutions Engineering team, supporting customers with technical pre-sales and enablement while partnering with Sales to drive opportunities.

What you'll do

• Join an early member team to solve technical and customer problems.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition to customers.
• Own technical customer engagement to help close high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on needs learned from customer interactions.
• Contribute to documentation and other enablement materials such as blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Preference for experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring space.
• First class written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to articulate value proposition and technical advantages of the products.
• Remote-first collaboration with an international team.
