Overview
Solutions Engineer who drives pre-sales end-to-end for AI engineering solutions, from discovery and demos to Statement of Work and ongoing account technical guidance. Combines engineering credibility with strategic influence across executive and engineering stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Run the full pre-sales motion from discovery through demo to signed Statement of Work.
- Lead structured discovery to frame technically feasible, commercially grounded AI use cases.
- Define an account AI strategy and technical roadmap aligned to Neural Concept’s product direction.
- Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in client engineering workflows.
- Prepare and co-own Statements of Work using knowledge of technical building blocks.
- Prepare and run Steering Committees connecting engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
- Drive user adoption and identify upsell/expansion opportunities across the client lifecycle.
What you'll need
- Engineering degree (mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or similar).
- Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows, including where bottlenecks lie.
- Conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning applied to engineering.
- Working knowledge of Python and modern development practices to create demos/prototypes.
- Experience in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or engineering consulting.
- Professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Deep hands-on simulation experience including CAD-to-post-processing pipeline and solver/workflow automation.
- Strong Python programming for data pipelines and comfort with ML/DL frameworks.
- Experience building end-to-end engineering workflow demos using agentic development tools.
- Strategic or technical consulting background for digital transformations.
- Experience automating CAE workflows (scripting, batch processing, surrogate model pipelines).

- Location: Bangalore or Pune, India.
