Solutions Engineer - West

Overview

Serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise prospects and customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, supporting new customer acquisition and expansion.

What you'll do

• Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-concept implementation.
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on technical value propositions.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proposals for technical and C-level stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback.
• Lead cross-regional initiatives and improve solutions engineering processes.
• Mentor junior team members and share industry best practices.

What you'll need

• 8+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer-facing systems architecture.
• Experience with the SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
• Expertise with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience leading and documenting proofs of concept.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 50% travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PII, PCI, or HIPAA security and compliance frameworks.

• Remote role in the US West.
• Target pay ranges from $145,500 to $235,400 yearly depending on geographic zone.
