Overview
Solutions Manager II for Finance Systems, reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Systems, to improve and operate Grab’s finance technology landscape.
What you'll do
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement and other finance platforms.
- Own delivery from demand shaping through production adoption, ensuring stability and quality.
- Lead internal and external specialists across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, testing, release management, deployment, and post-production support.
- Govern financial systems controls and audit requirements, including SOX change and access/process controls.
- Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues, including integrations and data reconciliation.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in finance systems, ERP, or financial technology delivery.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procurement modules listed in the ad.
- Practical understanding of source-to-contract, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP web services, and file-based data import.
- Experience with controls governance covering SOX, change management, release management, and audit requests.
- Proven experience managing vendor coordination and senior stakeholder engagement.
