Sourcing & Category Enablement

Overview

Sourcing & Category Enablement role supporting the drafting, review, administration and management of commercial contracts, with a focus on contract compliance with company policies, contracting standards and business requirements.

What you'll do

• Review and process standard commercial agreements, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs and supplier contracts.
• Perform contract redlining using approved playbooks and templates.
• Support negotiations under the guidance of senior contract professionals.
• Track contract approvals, renewals, amendments and execution status.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate non-standard terms.
• Maintain contract repositories and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Business stakeholders.
• Prepare contract summaries and management reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Legal Operations, Procurement or Commercial Contracting.
• Basic contract drafting and redlining capabilities.
• Understanding of commercial contracting principles and terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• LLB preferred.
