Overview

Sourcing and procurement role responsible for end-to-end procurement of materials, consumables and services for facility operations in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, consumables, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, cost, and compliance.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and maintain procurement records.
• Monitor procurement budgets and track cost savings initiatives.
• Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with facility operations, finance, and safety teams for aligned procurement.
• Recommend improvements in sourcing and procurement processes.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of facility procurement and vendor management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with focus on cost optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
