Overview

Special Cargo Quoting Specialist for Maersk’s SPC team, focused on issuing pricing quotes for complex and OOG (out of gauge) cargo and managing related customer quoting requests.

What you'll do

• Create ST/LT quotes for OOG shipments based on customer requests.
• Manage booking creation and amendments for customers.
• Act as a point of contact for managing customer quoting requests.
• Coordinate with terminals and Sales teams to ensure faster quote turnaround.
• Ensure timely action on customer requests to enhance customer experience.
• Manage TAT and maintain quality standards in the quoting process.
• Identify customer-specific improvement areas and auto-quoting opportunities.
• Provide analysis and conclusions to support process-related decisions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of pricing and quoting process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
