Lead–WC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineering

Overview

Lead for WC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineering, executing product development/testing elements and driving value engineering for chillers.

What you'll do

• Own design, development, and localization activities.
• Drive VAVE and product optimization efforts for chillers.
• Support troubleshooting, RCA, and field support.
• Manage ETO/MTO and customer-specific custom engineering solutions.
• Drive technical proposals and requirements management.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional alignments.
• Handle standards/regulatory certifications and compliance (BEE, AHRI, ASME, QCO).

What you'll need

• Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in product and value engineering.
• Chiller expertise with screw, scroll, and centrifugal types.
• Must be a B.E./B.Tech graduate.
• Thermal and performance engineering testing experience.
• Knowledge of AHRI/BEE/ASME.
• Design-to-Value capability for cost reduction and optimization.
• Application engineering experience for ETO/MTO customization.
