Lead – AC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineering

Overview

Lead AC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineer responsible for product engineering, value engineering (VAVE), and end-to-end delivery with testing, troubleshooting, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Execute elements of product development activities and testing.
• Enhance commonality and optimize products and components.
• Drive VAVE and product optimization efforts for chillers.
• Support troubleshooting, RCA, and field support.
• Manage ETO/MTO and customer-specific solutions.
• Drive technical proposals and requirements management.
• Drive cross-functional and cross-regional alignments.

What you'll need

• Have 8-12 years of experience in product and value engineering.
• Be a B.E./B.Tech graduate.
• Have expertise with screw, scroll, and centrifugal chillers.
• Perform thermal and performance engineering including AHRI/BEE/ASME related testing.
• Apply design-to-value for cost reduction and optimization.
• Handle troubleshooting and RCA.
• Customize ETO/MTO applications for projects.
