Mechanical Engineer

Overview

Mechanical Design Engineer for distribution and power transformers, working with an international/global engineering setup.

What you'll do

• Prepare customer documents, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials.
• Coordinate design activities across a worldwide network of factories.
• Participate in internal design concept reviews.
• Communicate and collaborate with technical teams across different regions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

What you'll need

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–7 years of mechanical design experience in the distribution or power transformer manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of IS, IEC, and IEEE standards.
• CAD proficiency (Creo, Inventor, or CATIA) and FEA tools.
• Knowledge of clearance/creepage and basic layout/cleats lead arrangement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
