Manager - Mechanical Design Engineer

Overview

Manager - Mechanical Design Engineer responsible for leading mechanical system and component design and development while ensuring compliance with standards and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead system architecture creation, duty table work, and system analysis.
• Create 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD tools.
• Develop mechanical components for strength, durability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements and maintain design documentation via PLM systems.
• Act as technical lead for mechanical systems and technical documentation.
• Own the complete product lifecycle including design, development, and testing of mechanical components/assemblies.
• Perform FMEA and RRCA and prepare test plans for system and component qualification.

What you'll need

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical.
• 12-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering for product design and development.
• Experience with CREO.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or E3.
