Key account manager

Overview

Field-based Key Account Manager role focused on strengthening existing and building new relationships in key accounts, while supporting medical device project work.

What you'll do

• Champion the customer’s voice within Stryker and advocate a solution-centric approach in key accounts.
• Support and deliver upcoming hospital projects for medical devices.
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage project documentation.
• Support product implementation from project initiation through customer handover.
• Maximize business opportunity within key accounts and insulate accounts from competition.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• MBA from a reputed business school.
• 8-10 years of professional experience driving business growth and results.
• Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and influence stakeholders.
• Program and project management capabilities with analytical thinking, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership with ownership and accountability.
