Overview

Specialist role in PwC's Advisory line of service, Operations Management specialism, providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions within deal valuation.

What you'll do

• Provide analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.
• Help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals.
• Gather information from a range of sources to analyse facts and discern patterns.
• Actively listen, ask questions to check understanding, and clearly express ideas.
• Seek, reflect, act on, and give feedback.
• Commit to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness.
• Learn and apply professional and technical standards, and uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

What you'll need

• Required skills include Business Valuations, Corporate Finance, Financial Modeling, Deal Structures, Balance Sheet Analysis, Asset Valuation and Business Value Analysis.

Nice to have

• Optional skills include Alteryx (Automation Platform), AI Fluency, Capital Modeling, Derivative Valuation, Disputed / Distressed Valuation, Financial Advising, Financial Need Analysis and Financial Regulation, among others.
