Overview

Support the establishment and maintenance of statistical analysis tools, quality data metrics and reporting for business performance and product quality assessment.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain a framework for business performance assessment related to product quality, customer complaints, cost of poor quality and similar measures.
• Support establishing quality data metrics for various internal customers, reviews, reports and forums.
• Generate reports and data extracts for Quality Management, advanced analytics and research from external and internal data sources.
• Support the assessment of potential product risks by providing initial evaluations of data reports, performance predictions and market observations.
• Create and maintain quality reporting for leadership.
• Pre-assess and support investigation of complex data-related issues, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information using past, current and future trends.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.
• Support CAPA processing through data analysis and reports.
• Support external and internal audit requests within the vertical organization by providing data.
• Use predictive analytics and AI to support identification and reporting of potential and actual quality-related issues.
• Support review and optimization of quality processes such as CAPA, complaint handling, training, internal/external audit, GPDP, change management, risk management and management review.
