Specialist, Engineering Services

Overview

Lead small projects and support major projects within JLL’s Project and Development Services team. The role covers project coordination, client relationships, budget oversight, risk management and delivery by consultants and vendors.

What you'll do

• Own small projects and support major projects with project managers.
• Manage project structures, reporting, communication and working procedures.
• Attend project meetings and prepare reports, analyses and reviews.
• Forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets.
• Build client relationships and identify client needs and constraints.
• Manage professional consultants, vendor contracts, project risks and mitigation measures.
• Maintain focus on health, safety and sustainability requirements.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in design, construction or project management.
• A degree in a property-related discipline.
• Ability to use JLL technology platforms for project delivery.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
