Specialist - F&A - AP 4B

Overview

Specialist role in Accounts Payable within the F&A team, responsible for AP activities, team leadership and client communication.

What you'll do

• Perform AP activities.
• Handle escalations, resolution and decision-making.
• Report on and adhere to SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify training needs and deliver trainings with support from the global training team.
• Manage the team, tracking timeliness and accuracy of work through prioritization of team tasks.
• Communicate and address delivery issues to the Operation Manager.
• Communicate daily with the client and participate in established calls and meetings with the retained organization.
• Ensure team adherence to procedures and policy guidelines.
• Execute transformation initiatives.
• Lead the team and drive projects on schedule.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's in Finance.
• Certifications: Accounts Payable Certification - F-Tec; Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) - Skillab; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok; Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) - Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje.
• Required skills: Account Analysis, Accounts Payable Process, Banking Capital Markets, Data Literacy, Expense Audit, Generative AI, Invoice Payments, Invoices, Microsoft Office, Monthly Close Process, Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), People Leadership, Reconciliations.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level, required.
