Specialist - F&A - I2C 4B

Overview

Specialist in Finance and Accounting (F&A) within the I2C team, handling client accounts receivable, collections and client portfolio management.

What you'll do

• Complete quality checks as defined and agreed with the client under contracts.
• Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer emails related to payment, dispute and collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as and when they occur for knowledge retention.
• Prepare and complete SOPs or process manuals as per client and process requirements.
• Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guidelines established by management in daily operational activities.
• Perform daily internal audit.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Required skills: Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Receivable Collection, Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Banking Capital Markets, Client Relations, Collections Management, Data Literacy, Data Visualization, Deductions Management, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), People Leadership.
• English language proficiency at Advanced level (C1), required.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Accounts Payable Certification, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (Corporate Finance Institute).
