Specialist - Help Desk Executive

Overview

Specialist – Help Desk Executive role based in Hyderabad, India (hybrid). You will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) activities in SAP and serve as the primary contact for vendor payment and invoice queries.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle in SAP for accurate, timely invoice processing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors on payment, invoice, and account status via phone, email, and helpdesk systems.
• Monitor daily email inflow and meet SLA commitments for query resolution within turnaround times.
• Process supplier invoices by validating and matching against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile supplier statements, identify discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
• Investigate payment-related issues by collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and support compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience managing the complete Accounts Payable process in a SAP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and AP controls.
• Experience handling vendor communications and resolving queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
