Overview

Review, process, and analyze insurance claims while supporting claims operations and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Review incoming claims for validity and accuracy.
• Gather information from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Process claims accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies.
• Maintain claims processing records and documentation.
• Monitor and report claims operations performance indicators.
• Identify and implement process improvement solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Master’s degree in Data Science.
• Experience with Ab Initio.
• Experience with Alteryx, Informatica PowerCenter, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with Python, Microsoft Excel, and statistics.
• English language proficiency at Elementary (A2) level.
