Overview

Specialist role in Genpact's S&P Contract Management team, handling contract terms, negotiation and full contract lifecycle management.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and finalize contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management practices.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to legal regulations, internal policies, and industry compliance standards.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related queries and compliance matters.
• Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and obligations to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve contract disputes or compliance issues efficiently.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Bachelors in Logistics, Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, or Masters in Operations Management.
• Required skill: Contract Management.
• Language: English, Intermediate (B1) proficiency (required).
• Certifications: Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) - Vskills; Certified Risk Professional (CRP) - Udemy.
