Overview
Specialist in S&P Procurement Ops responsible for coordinating end-to-end procurement activities and optimizing procurement performance through analytics and policy improvements.
What you'll do
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement data to find cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational objectives.
- Manage supplier/vendor relationships for timely delivery, quality adherence, and contract compliance.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and update procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to meet regulatory requirements.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in one of: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Master’s degree in Operations Management.
- APICS CSCP certification (Certified Supply Chain Professional) (or equivalent listed certifications).
- Required skills include procurement analytics and sourcing/procurement.
- Language: English with proficiency level C2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
