Sr. Procurement Analyst

Overview

The Sr. Strategic Buyer sources construction materials, equipment, and services across designated regions to support site development and infrastructure expansion.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Align procurement plans with project milestones, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to drive competitive pricing and optimal terms.
• Use Coupa and SAP for sourcing, tracking, and spend analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive cost savings via strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, and value engineering.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and value delivery.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years in procurement, including purchasing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
• MS Office suite proficiency (required), including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Sourcing and spend analysis experience using e-sourcing platforms such as Coupa and Ariba.
• Skilled at analyzing technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to define and validate equipment requirements.

• Willingness to work in US shift time.
• Mandatory work from Mumbai office; not onsite at client location.
