Overview

Specialist in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Logistics Support at Genpact, coordinating transportation, distribution and delivery of goods.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the transportation, distribution, and timely delivery of goods to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in ERP or relevant systems.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address logistics challenges and operational issues.
• Support initiatives to optimize logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or Master's in Operations Management.
• English, Proficient (C2), required.
