Specialist Seller - Connected Maintenance - Public Sector

Overview

Drive complex, high-value Connected Maintenance sales across strategic public-sector accounts. Partner with account teams, Product, Marketing, and go-to-market teams to support adoption and scale emerging products.

What you'll do

• Co-develop an emerging product pipeline with account executives across major public-sector accounts.
• Drive pilot strategy and define early-adoption success metrics.
• Lead executive-level discovery and storytelling for emerging products.
• Develop executive relationships within strategic named accounts.
• Manage Maintenance sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through close.
• Build scalable sales frameworks, assets, and insights.
• Share customer insights with Product and go-to-market teams to influence the roadmap.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of complex, full-cycle enterprise solution sales experience.
• Consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts.
• Experience with $500,000 or larger ARR transactions.
• Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders in SLED or government entities.
• Comfort with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to lead through influence in a dynamic environment.

• Overlay or new product launch experience.
• Experience influencing go-to-market strategy with Product and Marketing.
• Experience partnering strategically with senior account executives.
• Comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite executives.
• Top-achievement awards such as President's Club, Winner's Circle, or Top 10%.

Details

• Remote position for candidates residing in the United States.
• Full-time annual on-target earnings are $350,000 USD.
