Specialist Seller, Enterprise Core (Tracking Label)

Overview

Lead go-to-market execution and full-cycle enterprise sales for Samsara's Tracking Label product across US Enterprise Private accounts.

What you'll do

• Run Tracking Label sales motions from pilot through multi-site rollout.
• Identify and prioritize accounts with high-value or high-theft-risk cargo.
• Build ROI, loss-prevention, and supply-chain visibility business cases.
• Navigate Legal, Security/InfoSec, Procurement, and other stakeholder reviews.
• Define pilot strategies and success metrics that support expansion.
• Share field insights with Product and GTM leadership.
• Create playbooks and enablement assets for the specialist team.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of complex, full-cycle Enterprise or SaaS sales experience.
• Consistent quota over-achievement, including $250K+ ARR transactions.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals involving Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec.
• Experience selling a newly launched product or category.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience selling supply chain visibility, tracking, IoT, telematics, or cargo security solutions.
• Experience in a specialist or overlay sales model.
• Domain knowledge of logistics, 3PL, freight, manufacturing, or retail distribution.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.

• Remote position for candidates residing in the United States.
• Full-time annual OTE: $222,400–$278,000 USD.
