Specialist Software Engineer

Overview

Specialist Software Engineer responsible for full-stack development using Java-based backend technologies and Angular or React frontend technologies.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Deliver planned development work with high accountability.
• Develop frontend and backend software for scalable systems.
• Create RESTful Web APIs.
• Build and maintain productive relationships across teams.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong Core Java, algorithms, and data structures skills.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Angular or React.
• Experience with AWS, Agentic AI, and high-performance, highly available systems.
• Experience with Tomcat, Elasticsearch, Redis Cache, and object-relational mapping such as Hibernate.

Nice to have

• Experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience driving continuous integration and delivery using tools such as Jenkins.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with good communication skills.
• Ability to resolve moderately scoped problems through analysis of multiple factors.

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
• Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.
• Reports to a Tech Manager.
• Individual contributor role.
