Overview

Supports clinical trial site activation activities for assigned studies in a home-based, fixed-term role. The work covers regulatory submissions, essential documents, site feasibility, and contract and budget support.

What you'll do

• Compile and review essential document packages for site activation.
• Prepare and submit ethics committee and regulatory authority applications.
• Manage ongoing submissions, amendments, notifications, and safety notifications.
• Coordinate site activation activities across country and site levels.
• Support site selection and feasibility activities.
• Assist with site-specific contracts, budgets, negotiations, execution, and archiving.

What you'll need

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education and training.
• Understanding of Phase II-IV clinical trials and ICH GCP.
• Ability to communicate effectively with investigative site personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
