SQL developer with Java

Overview

An intermediate Applications Development Programmer Analyst role focused on applications systems analysis and programming, including Java and SQL/PL-SQL development, testing/debugging, and participating in the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements.
• Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement fixes.
• Conduct testing and debugging and write basic code for design specifications.
• Develop working knowledge of application systems, standards, and related operational areas.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Manage database objects and contribute to deployment/operational activities.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Java developer basics.
• Database SQL knowledge.
• Experience in programming/debugging for business applications.
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of a business area for application development.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
